Personal Fitness Training
This work is done with your private trainer and is 100% about you. Your trainer will find out where you are in your current fitness life and where you’d like to go. Do you want to become a beefcake? Are you looking to become a successful athlete? Training for a triathlon? Looking to improve your balance and stamina or heading to your 30 year high school reunion? Or are you like so many of our clients and you’re looking to improve your golf game? Whether you are an aspiring athlete, are recovering from an injury or looking to avoid falls, Shawsu trainers assess your strengths and movement patterns and look into who you are to determine what motivates you. Your personal trainer will design a program to optimize your fitness level using equipment that might include free weights, machines, kettle bells, cardio equipment, core utensils, Olympic weight lifting and more. Whatever your goals, your trainer will be the catalyst in helping to improve your optimal function and strength.
